To ensure a smooth and professional experience, all studio bookings are subject to the following terms.
Rofhiwa Manyaga reserves the right to decline bookings that do not align with the artist’s values, availability, or logistical feasibility.
To ensure a seamless experience, all technical requirements, venue access details, and performance expectations must be communicated in advance. Additional costs may apply for travel, sound equipment, or extended performance durations. Any cancellations or changes to confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing no later than seven days before the scheduled event.
The artist is committed to delivering excellence through professional conduct, punctuality, and heartfelt performance. In return, clients are expected to provide a safe, respectful, and well-prepared environment.
